Powersports Listings M&A Announces the Sale of a Long Standing Dallas, Texas Honda Powersports / Motorcycle Dealership

Powersports Listings Mergers & Acquisitions (PLMA), the professional Powersports Industry dealership brokerage, specializes in intermediary services to buyers and sellers of Harley-Davidson, Powersports, and RV dealerships. PLMA announces the closing of the sale, ownership transfer, and relocation of RPM HONDA to Freedom Powersports Farmers Branch.

What began as a 2007 acquisition of a single-line Triumph dealership in North Dallas, RPM CYCLE (RPM) has grown into a multi-line powersports destination, uniquely offering the gamut of brands including Triumph, Moto Guzzi, Aprilia, Motus, and formerly Honda. Recently relocated to an eye-catching and spacious 22,000 +/- sq. ft. facility, RPM operates along the frontage road of heavily traveled I-35E, just north of the I-635 loop in North West DFW.
Alejandro Romero, RPM owner, as a strategic business operator, contacted Tom Macatee of Powersports Listings M&A (PLMA) to explore market opportunities for his multifaceted dealership. PLMA consulted with Alejandro with regard to a number of paths available for his financial benefit. Alejandro then contracted with PLMA to launch its proprietary marketing process.
Powersports dealership buy/sell transactions are never easy and I give many thanks to David Clay, Tom Macatee, and the entire Powersports Listings M&A team for their professionalism and dedication to stay the course to the end.
ALEJANDRO ROMERO
OWNER OF RPM CYCLE
As predicted, the opportunity caught the eye of the growing Freedom Powersports group which operates a dealership less than one mile to the south including the lines of Polaris, Kawasaki, Textron Off Road, and EZGO. After many weeks of negotiation, a deal was struck for Freedom Powersports to acquire the HONDA franchise and associated inventories. Alejandro Romero stated, "Powersports dealership buy/sell transactions are never easy and I give many thanks to David Clay, Tom Macatee, and the entire Powersports Listings M&A team for their professionalism and dedication to stay the course to the end."
Freedom Powersports has added the HONDA brand to their website freedompowersportsfarmersbranch.com and Honda inventories are rolling in.  PLMA congratulates both Alejandro Romero of RPM Cycle and Freedom Powersports on the successful transaction!
