Powersports Listings M&A assists local Tyler, Texas powersports multi-brand operator to expand into the Honda motorcycle business through management of the strategic acquisition transaction.

PLMA contracted with the Tyler based purchaser in February 2016 and moved swiftly into a signed letter of intent for the Honda dealership acquisition target within a few short weeks.  PLMA guided the deal seamlessly to the finish line in August 2016.  The transaction included purchase of the dealership's operating assets and a real estate lease of the subject real property.
